Doing Check In

Role: Operations Team Module: Moiboo App · Sales › Rental Agreement Plan: Enterprise

Text Guide

Check the vehicle back in when the customer returns it, then view the check-in photos from the website.
When

Use this when the vehicle comes back at the end of the rental. Stop the rental on the website and pick the check-in inspector, the inspector completes the 7-item checklist and photos in the Moiboo app, the customer signs the Intake Form, and the photos can then be viewed and sent from the website.

Stop the rental on the website
  1. In Sales › Rental Agreement, find the active rental of the customer who is returning the vehicle — status Active. Here it is RA 48 for customer person 1 (vehicle EE333). Click the red Stop icon in the Actions column.
  2. The Stop Rental window opens and shows the agreement, customer and vehicle at the top. Check the Stop Date and time.
  3. Enter the Odometer Reading (KM) — here 235977 — and select the Fuel In level.
  4. Select the Check-in Inspector (here Alex). The inspector receives the check-in job in the mobile app. Scroll down inside the window for the next fields.
  5. Select the Reason for Stop: Early Return, Repossession or Contract Completed. Add Remarks (optional) and click the red Stop Rental button.
Login & open the check-in job

  2. My Jobs lists all jobs. Scroll to the job of the customer returning the vehicle (here job 85, vehicle EE333, due today) and tap it to open the Check-In Details screen.
  3. The Check-In Details screen shows the vehicle number, car make / model and the check-in date and time. Confirm the vehicle (here EE333) and the check-in date / time.
  4. The Checklist lists 7 items, all showing Pending. Tap an item to open it — start with Front view of the Vehicle.

  2. The Intake Form shows the checklist summary for the customer to confirm. Ask the customer to review the Customer Confirmation list and sign inside the Signature box — tap Clear to sign again if needed.
  3. Tap Save & Complete to finish the check-in.
